Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

You retain all rights to the prompts and data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not store or use your prompts for any other purpose.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Antijection and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Antijection operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
